Long Term Player Development is the Ontario Soccer Association’s program designed to improve the overall skill set of players in a fun and friendly format, focusing on the development of skills. This program is being rolled out across all soccer clubs in Canada and is part of the larger Canada Sport for Life initiative which encompasses development in all sports.
This will be a phased rollout and we are starting with the youngest age groups, ages 4-6. Please see the Long Term Player Development page for additional information on the program and the changes to the Tyke/Micro programs.

2012 Outdoor Registration
Registration for the 2012 Outdoor Soccer season is now open.
Please visit the Registration page for complete details and access to the Online Registration system.
Anyone registering in the First Kicks program (2006, 2007, 2008) should also view the Long Term Player Development program page for information on the new program.

We Play In The Rain
Soccer is played in the rain.
Unless notified by LSSC of Town field closures, all teams are to go to the playing field at their scheduled time and location for all games. The referee will assess field conditions and make a decision at the field as to whether the game will proceed.
In the case of lightning, stay in your car at the field. The referee will make a ruling on the game within 15 minutes of game start time.
Please see the 2011 Club Handbook in the Publications section for complete details on Inclement Weather and Cancelled Games.
